- Selling day to day Real-estate services to clients
- Making sure there are no glitches with the app
- Develop and implement sales strategy for the organisation products and services
- Produce an annual sales plan with quantifiable goals
- Include cold calls to new prospects as a daily component of all sales strategies
- Communicate all prospect and client activity to the organisation top management
- Communicate product or service issues, as related by prospective and existing clients, the organisation top management
- Abide by all organisational pricing policies
- Submit a monthly sales summary to the organisation top management, outlining the previous month’s business accomplishments and comparing them to the annual sales plan, summarising the current month’s expected accomplishments, and identifying areas needing upper management direction
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to provide ongoing customer service and ensure client retention
- Understand and be able to articulate the organisation current and future product and service offerings
- Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness of the organisation and its products and services, reaching out to audiences in the public, private and academic sectors
- Produce an annual marketing plan with quantifiable goals
- Submit a quarterly marketing summary to the organisation top management, outlining the previous month’s accomplishments and comparing them to the annual marketing plan. Summarising the current quarter’s expected accomplishments, and identifying areas needing upper management direction
- Work closely with the organisation program staff to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of marketing efforts and to ensure needed follow-up
- The company profile is a cleaning and maintenance company, looking for candidates with previous experience preferably in the same sector
