- Devise and implement sales strategies and promotions, pricing & discounting policies etc.
- Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets for the sales department
- Manage all sales aspects of company business such as physical distributions, product and development distribution
- Initiate and follow up sales leads, qualify potential accounts, manage, negotiate, and close sales opportunities
- Ensure proper assessment/evaluation of the sales performance and motivation of the sales team
- Meet and/or exceed annual sales quota including commission earnings
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on sales performance, market analysis, competition activities, market trends, etc
- Monitor daily market visits of the sales team and make sure those customers concerns are addressed in a timely manner
- Recruit, Apprise, train, coach, mentor, and supervise sales team
- Performs any other duties as assigned by management
- Looking for candidates who have previous experience in air conditioning
