§ Balance all Accounts Card Centre related GLs and Suspense accounts, match account receivables, and payables against AFS - Activity recap. § Process EMV payments. § Settle the Bank of New York memo/ JP Morgan and other related memos for multi-currencies received from Swift Unit. § UPI Settlement (download the UPI files, update the output and pass the settlement; then balance all the related GLs). § Process “Other banks” requirements within time limit. § Download and save KNET Reports and ISG files/ Download MC advisement from MC Online. § Debit the customers for “DIS”- throughout MDU settlement files’ process. § Follow up and control CBK ticketing system/emails for all received queries. § Take the proper action upon receiving MDU dispute cases. § Match MDU Advisement claimed from MasterCard versus ISG file before uploading the file into ICBS. § Settle MDU only after doing the required matching with ST and MasterCard; parallel to the required manual action has to be followed. § On the next day after uploading the file into ICBS, clear the unprocessed screen in ICBS (for prepaid cards only with dollar currency only). Other currencies are to be processed manually. § Provide KNET & ATM Reconciliation Unit on daily basis with the “USD NBK” transactions to be collected from MDU GL. § Settle MC incoming files on daily basis and Visa Incoming/ outgoing files. § Settle MC outgoing files after matching with MC advisement. § Monitor the rejected transactions in AFS-AR2. § Take manual action on V+ ARAT whenever is required. § Checking and processing any un-reconciled or reversals or refunds to customers for Debit Card cases. |
