- Develops new Bank Products and Services (P&S) for the Bank which comply with the Bank’s strategy, vision and mission and are with or ahead of the Market, while enhancing existing P&S, focusing on increasing profitability throughout the Retail sector.
- Ensures Division’s compliance with set Budget, seeking resolution of any variance to ensure effective cost controls.
-Reviews all financial reports and other performance data to determine areas needing cost reduction and/or process improvement.
-Monitoring the Market and keeping updated with the latest trends, technology, and competitor P&S.
-Preparing Business Plans for new proposed P&S, including future projections and feasibility.
-Monitoring the market and conducting financial analysis of existing Bank P&S, including customer and client feedback, focusing on how to improve on P&S.
-Develops and maintains relationships with all stakeholders.
-Ensures Client satisfaction with related products and services to ensure quality excellence and superior provision of service.
