We are looking for a Director of eCommerce, who is willing to roll-up his or her sleeves and has a strong desire to do what it takes to learn, grow and succeed, and works well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with growth potential for the right candidate.
- Lead the growth of the company’s e-Business development
- Evaluate new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking for increasing sales.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and ROI. Apply learnings to optimize future activations
- Establish, lead and motivate a talented eCommerce team providing vision, direction and guidance
- Implement reporting system to measure the impact of digital and social media campaigns, mobile on website traffic, measure conversion rates, and more
- Customer Oriented – Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures
