- Manage short & long term objectives in line with company objectives
- Implement outlet policies and procedures, providing feedback as required to sales team.
- Develop and understand the overall product range and target market.
- Review the scheduling / allocated shift structure for the Individual retail stores set by store managers.
- Ensure Job Descriptions and Sales team are within scope of their responsibilities.
- Implement new training schedules for new colleagues as per business requirements.
- Assist the Store Managers and Supervisors with seasonal calendar events and Trade Shows.
- Research market trends to ensure up to date concepts which could be considered local competition.
- Manage appraisals and Performance Management of the team.
- Manage and deliver sales targets, daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly.
- Responsible for (P&L)’s and daily sales of the stores.
- Ensure that the store operating standards are compliant with government regulations.
- Responsible for loss prevention, spoilage, shrinkage and wastage.
- Responsible for all ordering and receiving related matters in the store
- Staff scheduling system /daily/weekly/monthly to be optimized.
- Ensure all Facility Management matters are prioritized and rectified ensuring image is maintained at all times.
- Oversee the stock take function of the stores
- Solid communication with Trade Manager to ensure smooth operation of business function.
