- Ensures to procure all required items with the best price versus quality needed.
- Discover profitable suppliers for required
supplies and equipment required by the company.
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure
advantageous terms, prices and payment terms and criteria.
- Check and approve or reject the ordering Pos of
necessary goods and services.
- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
- Check the supplier’s quotations and contracts and puts his comments and feedback as necessary and matching with the company’s benefits.
- Distribute job responsibilities in the Dept. and track them.
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
- Ensure that all orders are coming on the right requested timing.
- Make sure that all purchased items delivered as ordered.
- Return expired or damaged goods within certain criteria.
- Control and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- To coordinate and follow up with financial Depts. all payments of the suppliers and the method of payments.
- Oversees the purchase process from inquiry and order stage all the way to the storage and dispatching stage to required department.
