- Leads and manages the cashiers
or any other market staffs in their duties.
- Be fully aware of managing the cashier and payment system.
- Arranges the shifts of market staff.
- Performs daily, weekly and monthly stocktaking’s and prepares daily, weekly and monthly orders for market.
- In case of necessity, co-works with Logistics department and arranges transportation for orders.
- Takes place in the process of receiving items, controls market receivables and takes action in any missing or shortage.
- Dominates the whole cashier system and insert received items in the system.
- In case of any necessity (rush hours), helps cashiers in the market.
- Checks and controls expiry dates of items and takes action in that matter.
- Directly control any problem that can take place between market staff and customers, solves the problems immediately.
- Controls and advises his staff in the matter of their behaviors to customers.
- Controls and manages the general organization of the market.
- Decides selling prices of the items by considering purchasing prices and demands of the customers.
- Develops and manages new strategies for increasing profit.
- Researches for new items considering the customer demands.
- Researches for new and different suppliers in the matter of variety in items and lower purchasing
price.
- Periodically goes and checks outside prices.
- Takes general inventory of the whole market items monthly.
- Co -works with Finance Department in the matter of payments, bills and invoices.
- Takes financial responsibilities of the market and give daily, weekly and monthly reports to Finance Department.
