In-Store Shoppers are Full-time employees who focus on ensuring our customers’ grocery orders are complete and of the highest quality. They are based locally at a designated TONS store location and spend their complete shift grocery shopping using TONS’s TONS-Shopper application on a compatible Smartphone.Earn money shopping and delivering groceries, giving customers more time to do what they love.
Summary:
The E-Commerce Product Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Web team, ensuring that TONS.com is up to date and displaying the correct product information, categories, store information, and more to drive sales and optimize customer experience. We aim to give our clients the best possible experience whether they are browsing, looking for store information, or intending to purchase online.
The Photography & Video Producer coordinates all aspects of photo/video production activities from inception to completion. Plans and executes photo shoot logistics and provides resolution for creative and unexpected needs. All equipment for product and shooting is highly needed to work with suppliers and retailers achieve quality assurance.
• Load new products on TONS.com with accuracy being a key responsibility in the role
• Perform item maintenance to existing items as products, copy, and photography are updated
• Work with internal Copy and Photography teams to ensure correct verbiage and images are associated with each item
• Work with Buying/Product Development team to keep up to date on new products, item information, and trends to ensure that all new initiatives are being represented digitally
• Manage site presentation of product in categories and search results to maximize sales
• Review information on Tons.com to verify accuracy. Team with various cross-functional partners to ensure items are well-represented
• Contribute new ideas and concepts for site content, digital marketing, and site merchandising
• Review analytics on a periodic basis and make suggestions for site and content improvements
• Manages accuracy and distribution of shotlists and key production information for all medias. Leads pre-production meetings to align internal and external teams and communicate schedules, creative direction and project specifications.
