The Business Development Officer main responsibility is to cultivate and expand client relationships and manage some/all of the projects in the entirety. To work with clients on strategic planning initiatives, marketing program development, results analysis, and as well as identify growth opportunities and up selling potential within existing client base and help negotiate contract renewals and special project pricing.


 


 


  • Responsible for asset retention and to ensure that optimum level of client satisfaction are maintained through implementation of on-time and quality delivery of services

  • To build up and maintain good client relationships and to monitor such relationships following contract completions

  • To conduct daily/regular monitoring or clients visits and proactive phone contact to ensure quality customer standards are maintained and company policies and procedures are adhered to closely

  • Act as escalation point for resolution of non-routine issues related to service performance, including research to identify root cause, designing strategy to resolve issues and managing resources to resolution

  • Knowledgeable on Statement of Work (SOW) and contract of requirements for all projects on hand

  • Work as the operations Point of Contact with clients for contracts on hand

  • Manage day to day maintenance and operational issues, as well as setting standards and systems for all maintenance procedures

  • To liaise with the different Departments (Accounts, Purchase, Contracts, HR and ADMIN) on the needed support services such as payments, billings & invoices, procurement activities, recruitment and training needs identified

  • Maintains file documentation from clients for all approvals, confirmations and requests and create a comprehensive filing and records management system for all projects/contracts on hand

  • Coordinates with Accounts for accurate and timely invoicing of the client

  • Responsible for budget allocation and accurate encoding in ERP system

  • Follow-up on payments from clients as necessary

  • To lead and guide the team on any issues, maintenance, complaints from the clients and other items that needs an immediate action

  • Perform other related duties as may be required by immediate supervisor
