Roles & Responsibilities
• To handle all daily activities (administrative & functional) at the centre
• Centre Security (Physical & Data)
• To maintain SLA ‘s for all processes
• To provide assistance to staff when needed or to handle applicant/customer escalations
• To promote Italian tourism
• To maintain & record all application data
• To liaise with the embassy on behalf of the visa application center
• Training staff on product & process
• To generate revenue by promoting Value added services.
