• Support the Company's Oil & Gas Division (and others as required) in initiating, reviewing, implementing, administering and managing of all company, client & principle related contractual agreements.
• Work with and support Groups' Oil & Gas Divisions wholly owned and JV businesses, related principles and other related businesses in the structuring of agreements.
• Work with Group's legal department to ensure all agreements are in compliance with the Company Policy, Corporate guidelines and applicable law.
• Oversee the administration and execution of existing contractual agreements with the principles.
