Primary purpose of job
Develop Corporate Business Development processes, procedures and guidelines pertaining to Petrochemical new builds (grass root) and Merger & Acquisitions (M&As) projects.
Prepare the Scope of Work and work statements of Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS)/ Detailed Feasibility Study (DFS)/ Due Diligence of M&As of Petrochemical projects in consultation with Olefins and Aromatics Strategic Business Units (SBUs)
