Preparation of quantities based on the Tenders, Contacts, Drawings...etc
Assist the Project Manager in reviewing the tenders and contracts for Quantity, Suppliers and Cost purposes
Preparation of monthly payment applications with required backups and Materials Delivery note (MDN) under the supervision of the project manager and in coordination with the planning engineer.
Preparation of sub-contractor’s payment, analyzing variation claims and all the other contractual issues.
Preparation of monthly reports for actual cost as well as the cost based on budget estimate.
Preparation the purchase order of the material required for the work including percentage of wastage's, extra material as spare parts as per the contract specification in coordination with the QC/QA manager/project engineer.
Assist in cash flow estimates and in preparations of variations order if any. Coronation with the planning Engineer for the preparation of the cost loading schedule to release the second advance payment.
Study and submit the financial impact of the request for alternative substitution (RFAS) with appropriate backup.
Prepare and submit RFP evaluation and response.
