• Monitor the operations projects with multiple project engineers
• Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Project Management, Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project(s)
• Ensure safety and QA/QC programs are set and adhered to by all parties and maintained
• Supervise the progress against budget and forecasted schedule and submit the proper and accurate justification for any variances
• Trach and analyze the project data to provide Risk Assessments analysis for all projects and provide solutions / options to overcome and/or prevent any risks if possible
• Prepare project estimates, budget, schedules and execution plans
• Prepare and submit reports on the progress and status of the project(s)
• Maintain effective and on-going communications with all concern parties such as Client, Suppliers, Subcontractors, Production Team, Storage Yard and delivery team
• Monitor the project QA/QC along with the Project Engineer and ensure qualities are as per standard and in alignment with the spics set by clients
• Attend meeting with to identify and review the Client requirements
• Contribute to develop improvement plans to achieve the department and company business plan and operational goals
• Familiar with AutoCAD or other designing / drawings software
• Lead new engineers and team members and train them to meet company standers
• Perform other project engineering and project management related duties.
