Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse weekly & monthly inventory reporting. Reconciliation of inventory and review of inventory adjustments.
- Analysis of Purchase Price Variances & other major variances. Support Costing daily and month-end closing activities.
- Update and maintenance of Product Standard cost and annual cost revaluation. Support Product Cost analysis & reporting.
- Support the budget & forecast process, reports and analysis.
- Coordinate annual stocktake and weekly cycle count
- Other Ad hoc reporting and assignments
- Performing audit daily cycle count and annual PI
- Analyzing operating performance, including month-end work order closing and different variance analysis
- Assist in preparation of monthly management reports, quarterly forecast and yearly budget.
