Role Purpose:
To deliver against budgetted financial results and to instill and sustain a healthy leadership style in line with the company's leadership ethos. The restaurant manager has the final responsibility in ensuring the restaurant is operating efficiently and profitably while upholding the Company's reputation and culture.
Role Attributes:
This person must feel comfortable in a position of authority that includes coaching, rewarding and disciplining employees in a responsible and effective manner. The Restaurant Manager needs to demonstrate a strong sense of integrity by setting a good example for employees. They should have a good eye for hiring strong employees and a commitment to training them to a performance standard which complies with FFI's customer centric vision and goals.
