- Oversee and ensure that all aspects of the restaurant are set up and ready for each service.
- Supervise the staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the high standard expected opening, closing and during service.
- Advise Client about the Nutritional Facts, package and up selling
- Having a good customer knowledge and enjoy building up a regular customer base and ensuring return clientele.
- Ensure that opening and closing duties are completed correctly and to the standard set out.
- Provide the highest levels of customer hospitality.
- Orchestrate a smooth service in their sections consistently.
- Have a good understanding and working relationship with all the areas within the restaurant.
- Assist and encourage all floor staff.
- Take orders with a full understanding of the menu.
- To ensure all standards are upheld and maintained in line with the restaurants operating procedures.
