- To lead the Corporate Segment from Marketing side; in terms of leads on product development/ pricing and implementing Enterprise Strategy from Marketing perspective.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the Commercial (Marketing) strategy and plans in order to ensure alliance with the company’s business line needs and objectives.
- Ensure that the unit / department objectives are effectively communicated across the unit and a line of sight is created between individual jobholders and the unit / departmental / sector strategy.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the respective unit/ department by providing expertise, encouraging and ensuring teamwork, and aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and objectives, and ensure employee engagement in a motivated work environment.
- Plan, manage and support in the development and execution of the following services to ensure an effective and diversified portfolio of products and services for VIVA’s enterprise customers.
- Consolidation of voice and Non voice services provided by the company (e.g. internet, messaging, e-mail) and Value Added Services (VAS) to cater to diversified needs of corporate customers and key accounts.
- Analyse the performance of services / products and follow- up the resolution of problems, to confirm functionality of the same with the desired quality ensuring that the Marketing project achieves its objectives
- Coordinate with Technology department to troubleshoot technical complaints related to existing services and provide the infra-structure needed in order to launch new services of the company.
- Interface with external vendors to expand company's portfolio of Enterprise products and services by providing various ICT solutions.
- Generate regular and special reports for the Marketing Planning& Development Senior Manager that summarize and forecast business activities and financial position of the products and services section and escalate critical issues to provide effective recommendations in meeting the key challenges.
