- Achieve sales revenue target for accounts under their responsibility.
- Support in fulfilling the role of "Product Champion" for designated complex voice, data and IP products. Represent sales at product core team meetings. Continually develop and update knowledge on designated products. Build respect with peers, customers, AMs and CAM’s as someone who uses sound technical knowledge, creativity and business acumen to add value to the sales relationship.
- Meet or exceed all other KPIs as defined by immediate manager.
- Work closely with Marketing on the development of products and strategies.
- Assist in developing and facilitating customer relationships at the appropriate customer level.
- Support complex accounts and support in being the prime technical point of contact with the customer, providing ongoing support to satisfy the customer needs.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of both the Customer's communication system and that of its market competitors to ensure that company can provide effective competitive comparisons and strategic solutions.
- Build a good working relationship with all channels, this will include regular site visits.
- Be responsible for developing and providing Technical Customer Consultancy Presentations.
- Liaison with customer’s technical staff, 3rd party vendors and company's technical staff in the investigation and resolution of problems.
- Communicate customer needs back to Products and Marketing to ensure appropriate solutions are provided to meet those needs.
