MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB


To develop and manage relationships with key accounts & negotiate and finalize contracts. The role holder is also responsible to identify and track sales pipeline (prospects, opportunities, etc.) and provide continuous support and service to business clients.


JOB OBJECTIVES



  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the Commercial (Enterprise) strategy and plans in order to ensure alliance with the company’s business line needs and objectives.

  • Ensure that the department objectives are effectively communicated across the department and create a line of sight between individual jobholders and the departmental / sector strategy.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the respective department by providing expertise, encouraging and ensuring teamwork and aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and objectives and ensure employee engagement in a motivated work environment.

  • Contribute to the development of Commercial (Enterprise) policies, procedures and guidelines and participate in overseeing their implementation to ensure that all procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a high quality and cost-effective service to internal customers.

  • Identify, develop and track the sales plans and pipeline for the corporate customer segment (in coordination with the account managers) and monitor sales performance versus the agreed-upon objectives so that top management is aware of anticipated revenues and area of unsatisfactory performance are identified.

  • Handle all PMO related issues in corporate sales unit.

  • Develop and assign targets for the business sales teams, follow up on achievements and take corrective actions whenever needed to ensure compliance with contracts and agreed-upon guidelines in order to meet the business sales’ action plan.

  • Focus on building a strong corporate-customer subscriber base through identifying and reaching different sales channels and evaluating potential new sales opportunities for effective market penetration to deliver on revenue, growth, profit and market share.

  • Develop and recommend customer satisfaction and retention initiatives in line with company's corporate strategy and policy for improvement in customer satisfaction trends on a periodic basis.

  • Coordinate with Marketing and Customer Care to ensure a successful handling of complaints, bill disputes, timely collection of bills and technical support is provided in order to ensure utmost satisfaction and retention of all corporate customers.

  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by upper management.
