Job Summary :
To oversee the maintenance of the company’s buildings and all installed mechanical systems, their repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities. (indoor and outdoor areas of the facilities, equipment and buildings)
Responsibilities :
Ensure the required tasks to company facilities are completed in a timely manner for operational
effectiveness and to support the company’s business operations.
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Allocate workload and supervise support staff
- Coordinate with the building technician for the preventive maintenance of electrical, fire protection system, plumbing, HVAC systems, etc
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
