Job summary :
Supervise and coordinate activities of personal service workers, such as games attendants, cleaners, cashiers, and other staff.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all administrative staff of the branch, prepare daily reports
- Follow‐up branch returns to the stores.
- responsible for the distribution of festivals flyers outside the branch.
- Follow‐up to the transfer of equipment to and from the branch.
- Responsible for the recycling of devices within the branch and all the contents of the branch.
- Handle Staff training and especially the new appointments and processing of their records.
- Responsible for what goes on inside the branch and the first interface to the public and customers.
- Ensure all staff to wear common approved uniforms.
- Express his opinion on the transfer of staff / workers to and from the branch.
- Responsible for the Insurance requirement section of the supplies from all departments by bottled special forms on this matter and coordinates and follows up with everyone, each according to its competence.
- Ensure that all employment with company's identity and hanging prominently and help to maintain security and safety
- Maintain marketing and ads placed in the specified place.
- A link with what goes on inside the branch and management.
- Meets weekly with the immediate boss to transport developments, observations and proposals to management.
- Disbursement prose as needed in the section under branch supervisor’s supervision and adoption of bills before they sent to the Department.
- Inspect work areas and operating equipment to ensure conformance to established standards in areas such as cleanliness and maintenance.
- Prepare requisition for necessary supplies, equipment, and services.
- Maintain a good relationship with staff and customers in order to provide consistency in the work to increase morale, productivity, and efficiency
- Perform other similar tasks related to the nature of work which are assigned by the department manager
