Online Payments:
• Act as the first point of contact for all payment options and managing the relationship with all outsourced payment service providers
• Responsible of online payments function from an operational perspective
• Perform and manage daily online payment reconciliations and balancing of accounts
• Monitor online payment transactions
• Analyze the performance of all payment methods and partnerships seeking to continually optimize them for compliance, cost, checkout conversion and user experience
• Manage the refund process to ensure control, and optimizes customer experience
Fraud & Risk
• Manage disputes and chargeback process and transactions
• Investigate and analyze suspicious activities and fraudulent patterns in order to prevent fraud and chargebacks
Cash Management
• Prepare daily cash position report for all countries
• Prepare daily cash outflow reports for all countries
• Prepare monthly cash flow statement for all countries
• Manage daily interaction with bank officers
• Manage and control chques and receipt vouchers related process
• Ensure monthly bank reconciliation are performed
