We are looking for a passionate, highly-talented Web Developer with strong PHP expertise to develop and continuously enhance our website, web applications and service. The successful candidate will be able to build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software, deploying best practices in coding standards and technical design. Experience working on mobile platforms and design experience are desirable. This is a leading role within our technology team and would be based in our HQ in Kuwait City. Responsibilities:
- Execute full lifecycle web development and work with full-stack web development technologies.
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.
- Develop sophisticated, highly dynamic web pages and responsive web experiences.
- Turn complex requirements for back-end systems into clean, seamless solutions.
- Be proactive with your passion for technology, constantly researching and innovating best-of-breed products to elevate the web-experience.
- Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility.
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
- Test, document and maintain software functionality.
- Tailor and deploy software tools, processes and metrics.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and use specialist knowledge to contribute ideas and identify growth opportunities.
- Design and execute on project plans, upholding the highest industry standards.
- Present current work projects and provide progress updates to the team during team’s weekly meetings.
- Collaborate with other developers and members of the team on the ongoing growth of the platform.
