3. Assist in setting the pricing strategy for leasing within real estate projects, especially retail
4. Identify the right retailers for the project
5. Approach retailers and negotiate with them to maximize returns
6. Lead on drafting term sheets and agreements with retailers and tenants
7. Maintain strong relationships and good rapport with retailers
8. Stay abreast of market movements and understand new trends in the market
9. Work effectively with the rest of the team and provide in put as needed
