POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for assistance in efficient functioning of Asset Management Department., which at times includes supervision and control of activities and assisting the head of asset management. Developing strategies and implementation, to assist in maximise profitability while maintaining risk profile.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY
Gather analyze and identify new projects being viable to the investment and can be assimilated by the co.
Conduct financial feasibility.
Provide justified recommendations and cost benefit analysis.
Summarize data describing current and long term trends in investment risk.
Preparation of Monthly, weekly market reports.
Monthly reports on progress of department and type of activities being perused and status.
Help other departments in evaluating investments.
Developing strategies for the department for new investment opportunities.
Provide direction for other members of the team where required.
Obtain and analyze client and market feedback and requirement through client services and market survey.
marketing product and services of the investors in order to promote and enhance the co. image and market presence.
|Setting of annual budget that ensures long term profitability.
