Junior Associate Corporate Banker
Reporting to the country Head this is a great opportunity< to start you banking career
Responsibilities include:
Due Diligence/Compliance Related:
KYC process management for on boarding and recertification files (sometimes adhoc review).
Obtain all required legal documents, administrative documents and information required for new account openings
& recertification (sometimes adhoc).
Compliance Related:
Provide clarification or proof to compliance for any stop-listed/alerts/unusual transfers.
Any reports they may need for clients in terms of KYCs update, client's dealing with sanctioned countries, P0/P1..etc
CSD Related:
Day to day operations: Handling/answering client queries pertaining to any requests they may have and to coordinate with
The concerned team (if necessary) until smooth completion.
Provide RBO with missing details, clarification or proof for transfers and follow up. (FIRCOSOFT)
Inform and follow up with clients to cover excess in their accounts or CSD for internal transfers.
Credit Admin Related:
Inform clients on maturing loans and follow up with Credit Admin.
CRC Related
Prepare CBK reports for Annual Reviews and CBK query request when necessary.
Follow up on credit facilities documentation.
Respond to daily/weekly excess reports and take corrective measures internally with CRC. Shifted to RMs, in case RMs on leave Associates backs up
General:
Assist RMs for any requests and for client’s stakeholders/team.
Arrange meetings with clients for RMs
Filing
Record of Reports:
Updated list of KYCs
Follow up list for account opening
KYC support and handling on behalf of RMs
Files follow up, annual review, onboardings, etc. supporting the RM in these tasks,
Clients visit preparation to day to day management of files until renewal
detection of opportunities
Gather information general, sectorial, etc.
support management in Coverage related activities timely and when needed
