- Prepare Balance sheet.
- Do Cost control.
- Control the Accountants in the branches and do visits to the branches for the follow-up and required tasks when it is required.
- To plan, organize, control and account all payables and financial matters including local suppliers, local customers in compliance with the company policies.
- Receives and process all suppliers' and clients’ Invoices once received & ensure that the invoices won’t be pending for more than 2 working days
- Update systems on regular basis
- Ensure to reconcile the current account with the other companies in the group on a quarterly basis and report it back to the management.
- Do a trial balance quarterly on the sales and the expenses and report back to the management the financial/revenue status of the company
- Prepares monthly Accounts Payable report for payment
- Enters all expenses in the system for monthly closing
- Prepares daily Sales report and monthly sales collection and commission report
- Prepares vendors payments
- Reconciliation for banks and leaves, indemnities for employees
- Ensure to provide the management with the weekly reports on a same specified time as requested by the management.
- Ensure to follow up the store inventory and send the report to the management.
- Follow up the collections.
- Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly reports to the management and when it’s required.
- Meets all other financial requirements as requested
- Performs other tasks within one's capabilities, as may be required by direct manager.
