- Inject new clients to the company.
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve monthly sales targets, building a good long lasting working relationship with customers
- Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts and identify new potential customers within the allocated sales area.
- Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company products.
- Provide customers and potential customers within the allocated sales area with information about company products and services.
- Maintain an awareness of sales and other developments amongst competitors and pass any relevant information to the appropriate company staff.
- Maintain all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable
- Performance to be measured and monitored.
- Maintain an awareness of developments in Sales generation and product development.
- Ensures client signature on invoice upon receipt.
- Follow up with client’s timely collection and with company sections, timely delivery.
- Prepares daily progress report to include calls, quotations and meetings done and follow up of orders at different production stages by order.
- Prepares weekly report detailing orders placed, quotations approved/ not approved, invoices signed or not signed/ orders delivered or not delivered as per set delivery dates.
- Promote products listed in company catalogs, by visiting customers and keeping track of visits.
