• Processing all kinds of visas for the company employees and all matters relating thereto.
• Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed.
• Responding to staff queries on Visa/ Labor/ Passport related matters.
• Ensure all visa, medical and labor permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal in coordination with the Admin Specialist.
• Update visa related information on the relevant system.
• Issue of fresh/renewed work permits.
• Maintaining amiable public relations with the Departments of labor / immigration Police and other Government bodies in the best interests of the Group and ensuring total compliance of the related laws.
• Liaise with all the government departments and other government bodies such as chamber of commerce, municipality etc. to obtain necessary approvals expeditiously.
• Completion of all formalities for issuance/renewal of all Government related documents for staff/ group and all the work related thereto.
• To obtain from Government Department the latest amendments to various Laws such as Labor, Immigration.
• Visit Police Department for any mishaps with any employee of the company or for any other purposes related to the company.
• Performs all other work as assigned by direct supervisor.
