• Ensure that appropriate employment visas are issued for the company employees.
• Keep track on the issuance of all type of visas such visit visas, and residence visas.
• Prepare all documents pertaining to Ministry of Labor (visa/contracts/cancellation) using MOSAL systems.
• Ensure timely renewals are done for the residence visas.
• Prepare documents for Health Test/Medical and coordinate with the Public Relation Officer for necessary medical test for the newly joined employees.
• Administer Government Relations filling work and ensure that the documents are kept in an orderly matter.
• Keep track and maintain complete database of documents expiry relating to new visa, cancellation & renewals.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all staff documents, employee information, papers under processing etc.
• Ensuring that no penalties are imposed by the authorities on account of the above matters related to visas, work permits and filing of information/returns with appropriate authorities.
• Coordinating with Gov’t Relations PRO in order to complete any pending applications.
• Prepare the cancellation papers for leavers; pass to the PRO for cancellation. Follow up to ensure compliance with company policy.
• Attend all Arabic/English correspondences pertaining to Governmental relation work. Take up typing of other Arabic/English documentation.
• Keep continuous track of all work in progress with each PRO.
• Prepare statement for monthly visa activity on a continuous basis.
• Performs all other work as assigned by direct supervisor.
