At 5 Star Help, we aim to bring the 5 star housekeeping skills taught and implemented in 5 star hotels around the world into the consumer households in Kuwait and the GCC. Two of our classes are 5 Star Cleaning and 5 Star Kitchen. Our trainer teaches housekeepers in homes the best practices and proper techniques of doing housekeeping, organizing, and cleaning of bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.
In this role, the housekeeping manager is expected to study and update the existing training material, and perform the training of the 3 hour course in the consumer homes. The trainer must not only have the experience and knowledge but must also have the passion for training and the communication skills and confidence to train the housekeepers in their new homes.
