• Coordinates with Online Services Manager for web technical related things.
• Coordinates with Marketing Department to handle advertisements booking orders.
• Coordinates with the company departments to solve any technical issues in internet and network.
• Reports monthly and when required the status of website analytics and mobile applications downloads to Online Services Manager and Digital Unit Manager.
• Enters the data for the company different websites.
• Assists the company customers in their enquiries that are sent by phone and email, and directs them to the related departments.
• Responsible for performing daily operations by being the center between different departments to guarantee smooth work.
