Beside are searching for unique, enthusiastic and energetice Sales Associates to join our Diesel and Fred Perry Stores in Doha, Qatar.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for achieving store targets, through effective management of the store team and compliance with the organizational policies and procedures.
The purpose of the role is to drive sales through customer service, in order to ensure that personal and store targets are being met.

Sales
Achieving the personal, store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Provide excellent customer service at all times by following policies, providing product information and adopting a friendly as well as courteous attitude towards customers, in order to establish and manage lasting relationships.
Competitor and Product Knowledge
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, availability in order to provide excellent customer service.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitors in order to identify our unique selling points (USP) thereby driving sales.
Visual Merchandising
Uphold and maintain the visual merchandising aspect of the store, by ensuring that products are correctly coded, tagged, priced etc in order to make certain that brand and Beside standards are met.
Policy
Ensuring that all store related policies are being fully complied with in order to ensure the smooth running of the store.
