Responsibilities:
Operational:
· Customer queries/issues related to vehicle deliveries.
· Coordinate with Showroom Sales staff in order to arrange delivery authorization and other related documentation.
· Follow up on pending deliveries, coordinate with PDI, Warehouse staff to check the status of backlogs and facilitate pending deliveries on a priority basis.
· Provide support and work related information to delivery center staff in order to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
· Consolidate the customer complaints received from Call Center and Corporate Events through calls/requests, contact customers in order to secure additional information or to provide solutions to the customers to close the generated complaint/suggestions and forward to Attend Delivery Center Management to take appropriate action whenever necessary.
· Follow up with Delivery Center management to resolve escalated customer complaints and update customers.
· Analyze customer queries/requests/suggestions, prepare monthly report on the type of queries and customers, daily activities and send to Supervisor, Vehicle Delivery.
· Prepare monthly data reports about customer satisfaction, requirements, and to highlight the areas of improvement.
