The Support Engineer candidate is responsible for
providing software, hardware and network problem resolution to end users by
performing diagnostics and guiding users through step-by-step solutions. The
candidate must be able to clearly communicate technical solutions in a
user-friendly, professional manner and provide one-on-one end user training as
needed. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and isolate
technical issues and, when necessary, pass more complex issues on to the End
User Systems & Support, Manager. Conduct hardware and software installs,
workstation and server patching, provide end-user training, maintain
knowledgebase articles, and perform other related IT work, as required.
