• Maintains a record of, and attends to customer orders. Installs and processes customer purchase orders on the computer system;
• Monitors the state of supplies, orders the required amount of goods, materials, products;
• Completes documents regarding goods received and purchased;
• Supplies delivery notes;
• Supplies customer invoices and registers them;
• Regularly contacts customers regarding their payments;
• Monitors payments made by customers;
• Ensures information services regarding goods/materials/services delivered to clients;
• Solves problems for clients that arise during the goods/materials/services exchange between the company and its suppliers/purchasers;

• May prepare charts and statistics concerning purchases
