• Maintains all records of invoice taken by the drivers for delivery on a daily basis.
• Checks all daily co-op invoices and pending at the customers location, provides details of the invoices to the respective salesman and the reason for pending invoices.
• Processes all signed invoices received within 8 hrs of receipt.
• Maintains returns for customers by following the procedures of Co-op’s and other customers.
• Ensures all required documents are submitted on a monthly basis to Accounts.
• Follows up pending invoices with co-op’s on a daily basis.
• Provides month end delivery report to the store manager.
• Filing all documents accurately on a daily basis.
