Responsible for providing showroom sales assistance and providing excellent customer experience for Al Essa Health showroom.
- Assist Showroom in-charge to ensure all products are accurate and working to the company’s standards.
- Ensure standards for quality service are met and best customer care is provided.
- Ensure pricing is displayed correctly on all products.
- Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock at showroom.
- Attend all training sessions with the best output.
- Assist retail outdoor sales staff to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
- Perform other assignments entrusted by supervisor from time to time.
