The sales lady is expected to provide the best shopping experience to each and every customer through outstanding Customer Service and to ensure that every person visiting the shop leaves happy and smiling with a positive feeling to return to the shop.
1. Customer Service:
• Be polite and courteous to customers and handle their complaints with extra care
• Collect customer data and provide to direct manager on monthly basis
• Provide feedback to Manager about customer needs
• Ensure to keep all promises made to customer
• End sales in a way to retain customer
• Manage high standard of hygiene
2. Sales Management:
• Achieve sales as per daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Handle more than one customer
3. Stock Efficiency:
• Ensure stock is displayed on the sales floor according to store standards
• Update all the new arrivals, pricing…etc.
• Assist in accurate stock count and keeping a track of all the stock
• Handle the product with utmost care
• Stock Replenishment Management
4. Product Knowledge and Merchandising:
• Be aware of products handled and how they work
• Communicate products features, advantages and benefits to all customers
• Understand and follow brand concepts
• Decorate the windows, arrange the shop, and wrap gifts in a presentable manner
• Install decorations and balloons at locations when required to do so
5. Shop Administration:
• Follow all the policies and procedures tightly
• Ensure safety, security and cleanliness of store is given high importance
• Manage cash properly
• Implement checklist daily to assure retail atmosphere is excellent as per standards
