Ensure that all product support requirement of the sales department and end users are met
Interface with Service Engineers, Clinical Support Staff and Customers during installation and ensure timely installation of equipment orders
Experience in handing respiratory products will be an added advantage
Contact the customers and monitor the customer initial setup at site and ongoing maintenance processes regarding the installation, ongoing support and ensure that all end users are provided the required post installation training
Perform training, consulting or other support services (including telephone support) for customers as directed
Visit installed base regularly and ensure that the equipment are functional and in use all the time
Ensure that the end user is capable of utilizing all features of installed equipment and vendor standards are met.
Identify and analyze the needs of the customer. Propose solutions to meet their requirement and product
Responsible to enter daily activities in Sales Reporting System
