Responsible for Al Essa Retail Showroom operations through ensuring optimal sales while maintaining appropriate inventory, maximizing showroom appearance, efficiency of sales floor operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Policies & Procedures
- Implement and monitor the Retail Department’s adherence to Al-Essa’s guidelines, in order to achieve the Department’s objectives
Performance Evaluation
- Establish performance parameters and gauge employees’ personal targets
- Monitor employee's performance and coach them for any improvements
Customer Support
- To strengthen the relationship between the organization and its clients by good customer-orientation
- To oversees the department and checks whether it is meeting the set customer satisfaction goals.
Sales Supervision
- Supervise all sales & marketing activities in the showroom, monitor staff to ensure compliance with Al Essa policies and procedures and unparalleled customer service ensuring the achievement of showroom targets as well as personal objectives.
- Provide on the job training to employee's in customer service & technical product knowledge to ensure long term relationships with customers & clients.
- Review all sales related activities (back office sales as well as cash sales)
Inventory and Merchandising
- Oversee the management of all showrooms including inventory, inventory space maintenance, facilities management, showroom renovation needs, merchandise, staff supervision, customer service & sales, store layout and floor sales in an organized manner to enhance safety and efficiency.
- Suggest suitable products for showrooms by focusing on non-performing showrooms and initiating promotional activities.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Participate and provide insight in research & feasibility studies conducted to identify new locations and store expansion
