20/Seven Fitness Studio
Is the 1st EMS personal training studio in Kuwait.
We provide only Electro Muscular Stimulation classes using Miha Bodytec technology. We are looking for young enthusiastic trainers that are willing to take the challenge and grow with us and take the personal training to another level. We are seeking for long term collaboration.
Experience with EMS will be a plus, yet the training will be provided in Kuwait.
• Working closely with individuals to help them achieve realistic fitness goals, giving dietary advice.
• Keeping records of the clients' progress and individual needs, and giving feedback and constructive criticism.
• Developing work out, nutrition or diet programs for clients.
• Meet, assess, discuss and teach clients how to change their weight and nutrition lifestyle to help achieving their health and fitness goals.
• Conduct fitness consultations and assessments.
• Develop individualized programs that ensure client safety and enhancement of personal fitness goals.
• Assist, monitor and instruct clients by ensuring safe and effective use of weight equipment’s.
• Help motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals.
• Standard EMS classes for the clients.
• Measurements/body assessment.
• Create that closure and friendly environment for clients and convincing them to renew.
• Taking clients on private (the free training room) for PT EMS - extra classes, commission based.
• Cover-up colleagues/trainers while on leave or in case of emergency/sickness/illness.
• Flexible program/shift changing - according with the flow.
