JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintenance and Repair Reports / Manage and maintain Repair Reports.
• Inventory Management Reports / Inventory Update Reports.
• Fuel Card Usage and Management Follow-up Reports / Fuel Card and Mileage follow-up Reports.
• Driver's leaves Monthly Report (Attendance - Sick Leave).
• Drivers Payroll Reports.
• A link tool between the Ops Team and the Finance Team / Coordinate and follow up with the Finance Team.
• Receipt reconciliation Reports.
• Handle a wide range of confidential information and being sensitive to whom and in what form information can be released.
• Manage and Maintain driver's procurements (Phones - Heating Bags - etc.) to efficiently deal with it.
• Carry out any other tasks as delegated by the Operations Manager.
