Responsible for the operating the plastic manufacturing machines as per scheduled production plan.
Check Quality of product and parameters as per the specification.
Check Hygiene and cleanliness of product to ensure there are no mould inclusions, foreign bodies or dirt within the product.
Check Machine condition, settings, temperature and operational controls before starting.
Check raw material against work order schedule.
Machine start up and production outputs ensuring the product conforms to specification and the machine is running at the optimum speed.
Generation of daily production batch report.
Recording of production waste.
Reporting of any machine abnormalities.
Ensure correct packaging is used and it meets the established criteria.
