Kilshay is a Kuwaiti start that is self-funded and operating in two countries- Kuwait and the UAE. We are a technology platform (App/ website) that helps users save time and money through smartly grouping together their favorite offers/catalogs.
As we continue to continue to increase our presence in Kuwait and The UAE we are simultaneously looking to expand across the Middle East and inturn take advantage of the shifting media landscape.
Kilshays General manager would play the central role in taking the company to next level- from strategy formation to day to day administration. We are a small company with large aspirations.
The General Managers role includes:
1- Full PNL responsibility including adherence to monthly budgets
2- Setting Strategy and targets
3- Responsibility of current team and future structure
4-Creating and Maintaining strong ties with current and future Partners
5- Developing and Maintaining a marketing plan, and working alongside digital marketing partners
