Senior Interior Designer - Shanghai
The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for:
- Interaction with clients, meetings and presentations.
- Developing Programming, consulting, strategic planning, conceptual designs, design development, and production.
- Leading and monitoring interior design team.
- Developing and be responsible for projects budgets.
- Coordination with technical team.
- Participation in business development effort.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
- 12+ years professional experience including proven track record of leading the design of commercial interiors projects.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of design.
- Strong skills in client relationship management and presentation.
- Strong planning abilities and have the ability to mentor team members, offer guidance and leadership.
- Knowledge of the total project process including fee and team management, schedules and budgets.
- Self-starters with good verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English.
Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and other 3D computer design programs. REVIT is a plus.
