NSC is a world-class provider of cutting-edge simulation and analysis-driven training and education. NSC has recently been awarded a high profile contract to support a National Defence College (NDC) based in Kuwait.
NSC requires an experienced administrator to support the resident NSC team in Kuwait. You will be able to speak and write in English and Arabic fluently and will be conversant with Microsoft Office applications. Calm, highly organised and comfortable in dealing directly with senior individuals, you will be responsible for the efficient booking and organisation of international overseas travel, development and delivery of detailed itineraries, courses, conferences, minutes and liaison with Kuwait and UK Ministry of Defence organisations, senior guest speakersand internal staff administration. You will also hold responsibility for adherence to NSC internal processes (HR, financial and Business Management Systems) for the NSC team in Kuwait. You will also be responsible for the NDC library and maintaining relationships with regional suppliers.
The NSC team consists of technical and specialist former military staff, you will be knowledgeable, proactive and personable; comfortable working within and contributing to a small team, ‘hands on’ and comfortable working to challenging deadlines. Training in NSC processes will be provided at the client site in Kuwait.
