This position acts as primary point of contact for routine inquiries regarding employment, policies, procedures, and payroll and/or benefits issues, handles the manager's appointment calendar, coordinates telephone calls and incoming mail, and sets up and maintain filing systems, etc.
Duties and Essential Job Functions:
- Provides day-to-day administrative support
- Positive and effective communication between HR Office and the entire department.
- Entering data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records.
- Liaising with payroll
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Support HR team with ad-hoc workforce analysis
- Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly HR reports.
- Ensuring diary management and coordination of internal and external correspondence To update & maintain HR stationary / supplies.
- Ensures that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and
procedures.
- Carrying out other occasional duties related to the scope of the job as requested.
